项目总占地28亩，建筑面积39972平方米，设有床位1100张，按照青岛市五星级养老机构建设标准设计和建设，有双人间、多人间、一室一厅、两室一厅、VIP套房等，可供独住、双人或多人居住，满足不同居住需求。

       开发区社会福利中心以“持续照料·优雅品质·健康快乐生活”为服务理念，向每一位长者提供长期托养、日间照料、居家养老、候鸟养老等多功能服务。旨在为长者提供有尊严、有质量的老年生活，创造一个长者颐养天年、修身养性的“第二个家”。

       福利中心配有棋牌室、台球室、乒乓球室、电脑室、书画室、KTV室、手工艺室、咖啡厅、多功能厅、影院、图书室、银行、超市、佛堂、礼拜区等休闲场所及老年大学标准配置的课程及教室，并配有屋顶花园 、园林绿地、凉亭、长廊、假山等户外养生活动场所；还设有最新科技打造的纳米汗蒸房、中医针灸推拿室、音乐理疗室、足底理疗室，远红外养生室、足浴室等养生保健设施。

       生活设备设施完善的同时，优质的医疗服务在老人的生活中同样不可或缺。因此，福利中心特设立中康颐养护理院，针对老年人的患病特点，开设内外科、老年病科、康复科等临床科室，放射科、彩超室、检验科等医技科室，以及治疗室、输液室、观察室、理疗室、针灸推拿室等在内的多个治疗科室，配备中心供氧、中心吸引、呼吸机、除颤仪、CT、DR、数字胃肠机、彩超等先进的医疗设备。主要以老人医疗服务、脑神经康复服务、特色肿瘤护理服务、临终护理/家庭临终护理服务等为主。

       同时，在福利中心内设立以养老护理和康复推拿等培训为主的职业技术培训学校，以解决目前养老护理人员稀缺及素质参差不齐的难题，同时保证福利中心的人才供给，为打造国际化、高水准的老年护理及康复医疗专业养老机构打下坚实基础。

          Qingdao Economy and Technology Development Zone Social Welfare Centre project is a key livelihood project of  Huangdao district.The project adopts the model of “the public build and people help”.It’s led by Huangdao district government. Qingdao Ruiyuan Group invests, builds,operates and manages it.It’s a nonprofit organization.
         The project is located in the east side of Daigezhuang  reservoir, Qingdao West Coast New Area.Here is with beautiful scenery,near the mountain and by the river.          The  Social Welfare Centre is well equipped with chess room, table tennis room, painting room, craft room, multi-function hall, theatre, library, pet centre, temple, church district and other leisure venues, as well as courses and classrooms set by the elderly university standard.It also contains roof garden, green garden, rockery and other outdoor healthy activities.Furthermore,it owns a Chinese medicine acupuncture massage room, music therapy room, foot therapy room, far infrared health room, foot bath room and other health care facilities created by the latest science and technology .
          In accordance with the characteristics of the combination of medical support,the welfare centre specially sets up Qingdao Zhongkang Support Nursing Home.According to the characteristics of the elderly diseases,it opens clinical department of surgery, geriatrics, Department of rehabilitation medicine, oncology, etc. and Department of Radiology, color ultrasonic room, laboratory and other medical departments,as well as many treatment departments which include the therapeutic room, the transfusion room, the observation room, the physical therapy room, the acupuncture and massage room and so on.Besides,the centre is staffed with oxygen supply centre, the centre to attract, ventilator, defibrillator, CT, DR, digital gastrointestinal machine, ultrasound and other advanced medical equipments, mainly with the elderly medical services, brain nerve rehabilitation services, special oncology nursing services, hospice care / family hospice care services, etc.
